CERAMPUMP ® Valveless Technology
Our CERAMPUMP® valveless technology simpli昀椀es fluidic
architecture with one moving part in the 昀氀uid path. Its
internal sapphire-hard ceramics are chemically inert,
dimensionally stable, and abrasion resistant.
The valveless pumping function is accomplished
by the synchronous rotation (spinning motion)
and reciprocation (up and down movement) of
the ceramic piston within its precisely mated
ceramic cylinder liner. Each complete piston revolution
results in the suction-discharge cycle as seen below (Fig. 1).
